It was truly disappointing, and I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I bought a watch online last week, and it arrived damaged. The box was fine, but the watch itself had a deep scratch on the crystal. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury item, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality control.
